Position:
The Pre-Sales Consultant is responsible for providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle. Working closely with the sales team, you will engage with potential clients to understand their needs, demonstrate how our products or services meet those needs, and help drive the sales process forward.
Responsibilities:
- Propose and quote tailored solutions to potential clients.
- Employ Digital Transformation technologies based on the leading products from Many vendors (Oracle, Cisco, Barracuda …) solutions”
- Attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
- Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
- Create internal design configuration documentation including High Level Design diagrams with technical explanations;”
- Provide accurate and timely management information, to include – activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI’s;”
- Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes;”
- To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients;”
- To assume responsibility for running a bid team, where relevant Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery”
- To demonstrate products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge”
- Coordinate with vendors on technical and commercial offers
Requirements:
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role”
- Extensive knowledge in Systems infrastructure
- Good technical knowledge on one or more of the major industry providers such as Oracle, Cisco, Barracuda, Dell Technologies, Lenovo, HPE, Microsoft, etc….”
- Good awareness of the various IT players worldwide (Vendors)
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage customer interactions.”
