Position:

Senior Sales Electrical Engineer (ELV & Security)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Electrical Engineer specializing in ELV and Security Systems with 3 to 5 years of experience. The role focuses on driving sales, managing key accounts, and developing business strategies for ELV solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts in ELV and security systems.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue generation.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead client meetings, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Collaborate with presales and technical teams to deliver the best-fit solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Support in designing and specifying CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm, and public address systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and business development for ELV and security solutions.
  • Proven track record in closing large-scale deals and managing enterprise clients.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
